UVGERMI supports KELONIA with water treatment for its sea turtle tanks on Reunion Island.
We are proud to have installed our UVGERMI reactors at Kélonia, the sea turtle observatory on Reunion Island, an iconic site dedicated to the study, protection and conservation of these marine species.
Ultraviolet treatment is a technical solution that helps control the microbiological quality of water, with no chemical reagents added in the UV process itself. In facilities housing marine species, water quality is a major concern. Choosing the right treatment technology means taking into account the characteristics of the water, the flow rates and the specific requirements of each installation.
Aquariums, aquatic centres, zoological parks or specialised facilities: UV technologies offer concrete solutions to water treatment challenges. This project also benefited from the support of Rehamat, a company we were able to rely on throughout and who were particularly committed alongside us. A big thank you to them.
Thanks also to the Kélonia teams for their trust in this project.
