For the comfort of your customers, UVGERMI is at your service. We support you in all your preventive and curative maintenance procedures for UV treatment devices.

We can intervene to help you ensure the continuity of operation of devices installed at your customers. Online repairs, technical advice, diagnosis, spare parts, on-site intervention, training on the use of the units, our after-sales service follows you as closely as possible to your needs.

No matter the distance, the UVGERMI support team is close to you.

Our two after-sales service technicians are available 5 days a week to assist you remotely by phone and video.

During your discussion, all the information that you communicate to our after-sales service technician will allow them to detect and diagnose the issue. You receive technical advice at each intervention and new troubleshooting skills to be used with all your customers .

In some cases, the online support service may not be able to resolve your issue. The intervention of a technician on site becomes essential. To be closer to you, our customer service has built over the years a local business network throughout France.

This network is made up of independent partner technicians with a proven expertise and understanding of our UV units. Don't worry, we'll put you in touch with one of our partners near you for the fastest possible on-site intervention.



What about training in Corrèze on our UV unit?

UVGERMI is an approved training organisation. Training is organised throughout the year and provided in Saint-Viance on our manufacturing site.

You will get to better understand our UV units and master their installation, operation and maintenance. The training covers all ranges of UV reactors: water, air and surface. You will become completely independent and operational with your customers.

For most of our units, maintenance is limited to replacing the UV lamps and the quartz sleeve.

In our customer service unit, the spares and consumables team will organise the supply of UV lamps, quartz sleeves and all other spares you may need. Customer service takes care of all your requests and ships your products as soon as possible.
